Nicole is an Emmy-nominated, Webby-recognized journalist based in the Chicago area. She has extensive experience in newsletter and video script writing; visual, audio and text editing; project management; and content strategy for digital media.
She is the Director of Local Video at Gannett. She has worked at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Patch Media, McClatchy, The Root and Observer-Dispatch. Her work has appeared in the Washington Post, National Geographic, Smithsonian, Boston Globe, Associated Press and CNN, among others.
Nicole holds a B.S. in Visual Communication with a minor in Journalism from Ohio University and a M.A. in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University.
